Q1: Why isn’t the stamp head picking up ink?
A: Gently press the ink pad evenly with a smooth, flat hard surface until ink appears on the surface. Only then should you press the stamp onto the pad.

Q2: Why won’t the ink transfer onto my skin?
A: Dip the stamp vertically into the ink pad multiple times. Apply it to your lower lash line within 5 seconds after inking. Practice on your arm first to master timing and pressure.

Q3: Why are the stamped lines too thick or smudged?
A: Avoid pressing too hard when inking or stamping. Use minimal pressure and practice on your arm until you achieve clean, defined lines.

Q4: Why is the lash pattern incomplete or patchy?
A: Keep the ink pad flat on a surface. Press the stamp straight down vertically several times to load ink evenly. Test the result on your arm before applying.

Q5: Why do I see dots or imperfections in the stamped lines?
A: This is caused by dried ink residue. After each use, soak the stamp head in makeup remover for 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water and air-dry.

Q6: Why doesn’t the stamp last all day?
A: Always prep your lower lash line with translucent setting powder before stamping. Ensure the area is completely oil-free and dry for maximum adhesion and longevity.
