RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchange policy:

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from Valley-Beauty, but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to exercise Your right please inform Us of your decision by opening a return request through eBay.

Conditions for Returns:

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods were not used

NOTE: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Who pays for the return?

If any of the following reasons apply to your return, we will cover all costs associated with your return request:

• Received an extra item I did not buy
• Item defective
• Inaccurate website description

The customer will be required to cover the return shipping cost if:

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date, except when delivery occurs on Friday or a legal or Federal Holiday, then notification should be on the next available business day.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or personalized
• Products which, according to their nature,e are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over
• The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, such as hair brushes, combs, flat and curling irons
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as "Incorrect Shipping Address", "Unclaimed", or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate that we paid to the shipping carrier will be deducted from the refund.
