The reach formula gently removes impurities from sensitized or damaged hair while protecting your precious color. Kerastase Bain Riche Chroma Respect is enriched with Lactic Acid that exfoliates and seals the hair surface and flowering plant Centella Asiatica with calming and restorative properties. This highly nourishing formula perfectly suits medium to thick hair without weighing it down, leaving it with a luminous, mirror-like shine.

Usage:

Wet hair before applying a quarter-sized amount of shampoo. Add water and emulsify. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat. The second lather will produce a more abundant foam which will help cleanse lengths all the way to the ends. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with a Chroma Absolu Conditioner, Mask, or the High Shine Gloss.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your eBay order. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used, opened or tailored to the specific hair needs.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. A photo of the damaged parcel will be requested to record the incident. You will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Orders Correctly Fulfilled:

Orders that were fulfilled correctly not damaged and returned to us by the customer will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
