·        Product must be received new, unused, unopened.

·        For sanitary purposes we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened.

·        If a mistake was made unintentionally on our part, please contact us and we will correct it.

·        If an item is being returned due to (changed my mind, ordered by mistake, no longer need the item) you will be charged a restocking fee.

·        Once the return is received, all items are inspected before issuing a refund.  Restocking fee may apply up to 15%.
