1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be received back at our facility or postmarked within this 30-day period.

2. Item Condition

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

• New & Unused: The product must be in its original, pristine condition.

• Unopened: The original manufacturer’s packaging must be sealed and intact. Items with broken seals, removed shrink-wrap, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

• Complete: All original manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included in the return.

3. Restocking Fee

All qualifying returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. This helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and returning items to inventory.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Deductions: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the 20% restocking fee will be applied.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: Any items that do not meet the "New, Unused, and Unopened" criteria will be ineligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
