Usage:

Apply 1 vial per day for 3 months, morning or evening, on wet or dry scalp.

Open the vial and attached the included reusable applicator nozzle. Press the nozzle against the scalp to release the liquid. Apply on dry or damp hair. Massage and stimulate the entire scalp with circular movements. Leave it on, do not rinse.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your eBay order. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used, opened or tailored to the specific hair needs.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. A photo of the damaged parcel will be requested to record the incident. You will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Orders Correctly Fulfilled:

Orders that were fulfilled correctly not damaged and returned to us by the customer will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
