All shipments leave our facility at 10 AM (PST) so orders placed after 10:01 AM (PST) will ship the next business day.

If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method that fits your needs for extra fee(s).

Private Listing / Discreet Shipping:

Your username for your purchase will not be seen for anyone to see on our listing. To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box or padded envelope with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The “ship from return address” will not reference any particular product(s).

Signature at Delivery:

We ship all orders with the value of over $199.99 with a Signature Guarantee Service, which is a signature required upon delivery. This method is very important for us since any type of non-Signature Guarantee Service assumes the risk of non-deliverable or lost packages. If you refuse the signature please message us or leave us a note at checkout.

Automatic ebay Tax Collection Law:

Some customers will pay mandatory sales tax with purchase. eBay has the authority to collect any tax fees in accordance with applicable law.

International Orders:

Unfortunately, “free shipping” only applies within the United States. We DO NOT ship certain items in our eBay store due to strict custom regulations (this will vary based on your location).

Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounter delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

We are NOT responsible for these additional fees and will NOT pay duty charges.

Overnight Shipping Details:

Please note that overnight shipments must be received and paid for before 1 PM PST in order for item to arrive next business day. Be aware that there are NO OVERNIGHT services after 1 PM PST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Overnight service resumes the following business day, Monday and you will receive your order the following Tuesday.
