All Cosmetics are New, unused. Shelf pulls from Ulta, Sephora, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms and Macy's. These items may have dinged, damaged, missing, or spots on packaging. A scuff is makeup or may have been opened but will be listed as so. Please ask questions.
